It all began on the cobbled streets of Rome. It was a quiet Sunday morning, and I was walking alone in the first rays of sunlight, on my way to the bakery. I had just started experimenting with a camera, curious about the world through the lens. As I turned a corner, I saw a little girl walking hand-in-hand with her father, her doll tucked under one arm, her steps light and joyful. The way the morning light wrapped around them—the tenderness, the stillness, the simplicity—moved me. I instinctively raised my camera. That single frame changed everything.
It was the first time I understood the magic of preserving real, fleeting moments. That moment shaped how I see the world and how I photograph it ever since.
My philosophy
I'm drawn to people who value meaning over perfection—adventurers, artists, visionaries, romantics. I believe photographs should reflect truth—not staged poses, but the quiet intimacy, spontaneous joy, and unscripted emotion that make up our lives. My work is rooted in fine art, but guided by the heartbeat of real stories.
As a photographer, my role is not just to document but to observe deeply—to see what’s often missed and to preserve it with beauty and integrity.
A bit about me
I live near Lake Zurich in the Obersee region with my husband, our three children, and our dog, Rita. They are my everyday inspiration and remind me constantly of the beauty in small, imperfect, fleeting moments.
When I’m not photographing people, you’ll find me hiking, exploring tucked-away villages, or curled up with a good book and strong coffee. I thrive in quiet moments and soulful conversations. That’s why I love working with people who want their story captured with honesty, artistry, and care.
If you feel a connection…
...then we’re probably a good match. Whether it’s an elopement in the mountains, a day-in-the-life family session, or visual storytelling for your brand—I’d love to document your story in a way that feels deeply you.
Let’s create something timeless together.
